MISSISSAUGA, ON - The 2019 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship is excited to unveil a partnership with the Toronto Rock of the National Lacrosse League.

The partnership will provide junior aged players from around the world the opportunity to play on the same turf as National Lacrosse League super stars. The Toronto Rock turf will make its way from ScotiaBank Arena, along the Gardiner Expressway, up the 427, and the 401 to Paramount Fine Foods Centre where it will be installed for the 2019 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship from August 6-11.

"Jamie Dawick (Owner/President/General Manager) and Terri Giberson (Director of Business Operations) have been very accommodating throughout the process allowing us to use the Rock turf for the World Juniors." Said Chris Fox Tournament Chair and Canada General Manager. "We would also like to take this opportunity to publicly congratulate Terri on winning the National Lacrosse League 2019 Executive of the Year Award." Fox added.
