Iroquois Defeats United States 25-9

SASKATOON, SK - Game two of the K+S Potash Canada 2018 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship round-robin continued with another lopsided victory, this time Iroquois beat United States by a score of 25-9. 

Leading in points for the game for United States was Michael Fricke and Michael Guerin each with 2 Goals and 2 Assists. Iroquois we led in scoring again by Marshall Powless with 2 Goals and 9 Assist. All four Goalies saw action with Iroquois' Cecil Jacobs providing a solid performance making 33 Saves on 39 Shots. 

The Iroquois are now down round-robin play while the United States will play Canada tomorrow, Friday August 10th, at 7:30PM CT at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, SK.
