Schedule Set for 2022 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship Return to Winnipeg

For the second consecutive year, the IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship will take place at Canada Life Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba from August 8 through to August 14, 2022.

The Canadian Lacrosse League (CLL) will once again serve as host with the 2022 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship returning to a full lineup of nations, including Australia, Canada Haudenosaunee, Israel, Poland, and the United States.

Due to travel restrictions the World Juniors was cancelled in 2020 and modified in 2021. The 2021 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship featured a cumulative three-game series pitting Canada East against Canada West and was held during the middle of the COVID-19 global pandemic in a controlled environment, with no fans, with zero COVID-19 transmissions during the week-long bubble.
