United States Announces 2019 Tryout Series Beginning in October

NEW YORK, NY – US Indoor Lacrosse has announced details of the upcoming Tryout Series in an effort to name their 23 Man Final Roster for the 2019 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championship. Tryouts for the United States World Junior (U20) Indoor Team will include a multi-session series which kicks-off in the Boston area at the South Shore Sports Center in Hingham, MA on October 28, 2018. The second tryout session will be in the Denver area at the Recreation Center at Westridge in Highland Ranch, CO on November 18, 2018. The third and final tryout session will be in Minneapolis are at the Alchemy Training Center in Long Lake, MN on December 2, 2018. 

On May 26, 2019, USIL will hold an "invite only" training camp where approximately fifty (50) players from the Tryout Series will embark on the Philadelphia area and the United Sports Training Center in West Bradford Township, PA to compete for one of the 23 Man Final Roster spots

 The Tryout Series along with potential exhibition games throughout the summer in United States and Canada culminate the process for selection of the USA Indoor Junior (U20) Team competing at the 2019 IIJL World Junior Lacrosse Championships in August. 

The USIL World Junior Team will be comprised of talented, up-and-coming lacrosse players who have a strong worth ethic, willingness to work within a team, and will have promising results at international events and high-level domestic events.
